Southern Oregon’s largest winter wine tasting event!

in the Umpqua Valley

Known as “Oregon’s oldest wine celebration,” the Greatest of the Grape features:

• Wine tasting from 22 Umpqua Valley wineries, along with delicious appetizers
• A silent auction to help raise money for the Umpqua Valley Winegrowers Association
• The famous “Wheel of Wine,” where $25 lets you spin-to-win, with all funds going to local charity Douglas C.A.R.E.S.
• Live music by the Vine Katz

This is one of Oregon’s best winter wine tasting events–not to be missed!

Format

Guests will have the opportunity to taste two wines from each winery: a red wine and a non-red wine (white, rosé, or sparkling wine).  Guests can take a break to nibble on tasty appetizers, and refresh their palate at our water stations.  Towards the end of the evening, guests will be asked to vote on their favorite two wines, to determine which wine will be crowned the Greatest of the Grape!

Attire

Cocktail or Festive attire is recommended, though not required.  Please wear what you feel comfortable in.

All tickets include tasting of over 40 wines, appetizers, souvenir wine glass, plus complimentary tasting at select wineries on Sunday.  (See below for details.)
